Hi, I’m Ruby, an online assistant supporting coaches and creatives to get shit done.
I’m not just here to tick off tasks. I work proactively – helping you clarify your goals, break them down into achievable actions, and stay accountable as we implement them together.
I’m fully tech confident, neurodivergent aware, and familiar with Access to Work funding. I’m also a qualified coach with lived experience supporting successful coaching businesses, so I understand both the strategy and the behind-the-scenes structure required to make things work.
How I Can Support You…
I work in two ways, depending on what you need.
Option 01
Flexible Support
“What do you need? I’m here for it.”
Hourly support at £25, or a 10-hour block at a reduced rate. Ideal if you need help with graphics, tech, content, website updates, admin, or getting tasks over the line.
This option works well if you already know what you need done and want someone capable and calm to handle it and get your shit done.
Option 02
3-Month Business Support Package
For those wanting deeper structure and momentum.
Over three months, we take your goals, reverse engineer them into clear weekly actions, build in regular accountability, and combine done-with-you and done-for-you support to ensure everything is properly implemented.
Ideal if you’re clear on where you want to go but need help mapping the path and following it through.
