about my journey
Hi, I’m Ruby, a coach for digital nomads who want to slow down, realign, and consciously create a life that feels like theirs.
I’ve travelled to 19 countries (and counting), learning (sometimes the hard way!) how to navigate both the freedom and the friction that come with this lifestyle. I know what it’s like to chase new experiences but feel scattered inside. To have big ideas but no clear rhythm. To crave structure, yet resist anything that feels rigid.
It was during my time living in Mexico that something clicked. I finally had the space to reflect on how my mind works, what I value, and what truly matters to me. I realised how important it is to consciously create a life that aligns with who we are, not just follow the one we’ve defaulted into.
That chapter helped me anchor into something deeper: gratitude for what I’ve lived, clarity around what I want to build, and a grounded sense of purpose - to help others create lives that actually work for them, too.
Because here’s the truth: I’ve lived the version of life that looks good on paper, but didn’t feel right in practice. And while I’ll never claim to have everything perfectly figured out (I’m human, always learning), I’ve found something that feels like a formula for joy. A way of living with more ease. A way of choosing what’s aligned, again and again, no matter where I am in the world.
And there’s no greater joy than helping others discover that for themselves.
I’m a certified ADHD Practitioner and trained coach (Embodied Systemic Coaching, ICF-accredited). But more than my qualifications, it’s my lived experience that shapes the way I support others. Whether you’re navigating change, craving more clarity, or building something new, I’m here to walk beside you.
Travel has always been in me. I love immersing myself in new cultures, tasting unfamiliar food, creating community wherever I go. And while I’ve seen a lot, I know this is just the beginning of my journey.
If you’re in a season of expansion, reflection, or redefinition, I’d love to walk with you.
Let’s consciously create something intentional. Something real. Something yours.
