Hi! I’m Ruby – a digital nomad with ADHD, helping others like me find freedom, focus, and fulfilment while living life on their own terms.

I’ve travelled to 19 countries (and counting), figuring out how to navigate both the highs and challenges of ADHD while running a business and embracing adventure. I know what it’s like to crave new experiences but struggle with structure, to have big ideas but battle with follow-through. ADHD isn’t something to ‘fix’ - it’s a different way of seeing and moving through the world, and when understood, it can be a real strength.

As a certified ADHD Practitioner and a trained coach (Embodied Systemic Coaching - ICF-accredited), I work with digital nomads with ADHD to help them bring more ease, structure, and sustainability into their lives - without losing their creativity or autonomy. I share practical strategies tailored to neurodivergent minds, helping my clients stay on track, get things done, and build a lifestyle that actually works for them, not against them.
