COACHING FOR DIGITAL NOMADS
Does this sound familiar?
You’re not in crisis, you’re simply noticing it’s time for something to shift, and you’re curious what that might be.
You’ve created a life with endless options, but that very openness has become overwhelming. Without a clear inner sense of direction, it starts to feel more like floating than expanding. You get stuck in cycles of indecision, trying to figure out the “right” path.
You often feel isolated, especially when you first arrive somewhere new. Making deep connections is hard, and you miss having people around who really know you.
You feel guilt for the lifestyle you’ve chosen. Especially when comparing yourself to friends and family back home who are stuck in systems you’ve chosen to opt out of. You worry you’re being indulgent, or that you have to “earn” your freedom by working harder or proving it’s worth it.
There’s a pressure to enjoy everything all the time. When you’re in beautiful places, there’s an unspoken expectation to be constantly grateful and happy, even when you’re exhausted, uninspired, or disconnected.
You’re finding it hard to keep finding and sticking to daily habits (finding a grocery store, gym) to make somewhere feel like home – but rebuilding them from scratch every time you move is draining.
I’m here to help you consciously create a life you love rather than just existing in it
I know what it’s like to be full of ideas but freeze when it’s time to start. To crave freedom, but feel weighed down by the chaos. To swing between bursts of inspiration and waves of burnout, wondering if there’s ever going to be a rhythm that truly works.
Human psychology has always fascinated me. But more than that, I’ve always just loved helping people - it gives me energy. It lights me up.
I support digital nomads - people who’ve created flexible lives, but sometimes feel scattered, misaligned, or unsure what’s next. The ones craving more clarity, direction, and intention. Many of them are neurodivergent, like me. All of them are ready to live more fully in alignment with who they’re becoming.
I’m a trained coach and certified ADHD Practitioner. That foundation informs my work, but I don’t just work with ADHD. I’ve seen how many of the traits now associated with ADHD show up across the board, especially for creative, self-employed, heart-led people trying to navigate a life outside the norm. That’s why my work isn’t just about diagnosis, it’s about helping people find what actually supports them.
I believe when we’re deeply seen, supported, and given the space to reconnect with what matters, we start to shine and make changes that are real, grounded, and lasting.
That’s the kind of coaching I offer. Thoughtful. Honest. Supportive. Not to fix you, but to walk beside you while you figure out what’s next, in a way that feels right for you.
This isn’t about fitting into or ticking boxes. It’s about building a life that feels like yours. Unique, expansive, a life you can grow into, and a life you actually feel at home living in - no matter where in the world you are.
